The Swede-O Active Wrap for the Foot and Ankle includes 2 soft gel-packs for hot and cold therapy. The soft gel-packs can be placed anywhere inside the adjustable compression wrap. The thn material covering over the soft gel-packs have a hook and loop material that keeps the gel-packs in place to provide pinpoint placement and treatment. The stay soft gel-packs mold to your specific body part and do not become rigid like standard ice packs.The combination of the protective sleeves and the adjustable ankle compression wrap offer the ultimate hot or cold therapy treatment.

Really is cold Jul 03, 2009
This is the best item like this I've found. Most cold packs never get/stay cold enough--this one does. And the wrap is terrific, allows you to put it on whatever part of your foot is ailing. Beautifully designed and functional.
