The Swede-O Active Wrap Hot or Cold Knee Wrap comes complete with 2 soft gel-packs. The soft gel-packs can be placed anywhere inside the adjustable compression wrap for pinpoint placement of ice or heat. The thin material covering over the soft gel-packs have a hook and loop material that allows placement of the soft-gel packs to be placed anywhere inside the knee wrap. The stay soft gel-packs mold to your specific body part and do not become rigid like standard ice packs.The combination of the protective sleeve and the adjustable knee compression wrap offer the ultimate hot or cold therapy treatment.
